We currently have three spacious and high quality design, four storey 400sq.m villas on 460sq.m plots in zone 11 New Zayed that are under construction and will be available in late 2024 for occupancy. The internal layout can be flexible and you have the opportunity to work with our experienced design team (if secured early enough) and swimming pool and external landscaping can be included on the small private community of only 16 dwellings in the sought after greenbelt area of this exciting new development. We can source land and development opportunities on behalf of our clients as we are offered and made aware of many up-and-coming parcels of land in differing locations and sizes. We would be very happy to discuss your vision and work on your behalf to source the necessary plot/s and design scheme using our network of competent professionals.
We have mainly constructed these properties in Egypt and the UK, but have extended our services to undertake successful projects in Japan, mainland Europe and the Middle East, obtaining all necessary approvals and working with local authorities, trades and services to achieve an efficient build solution on all occasions, including significant engineered extensions and refurbishment projects too.
We are happy to discuss your requirements and liaise with you on all aspects of the project to achieve your new home, development or remodelling and will advise and provide fixed price quotations with fully agreed contracts in place from the earliest stage.
